Antonio Conte has agreed a deal with Chelsea to take over from Guus Hiddink at Stamford Bridge.

The Italian former Juventus manager will take over in the summer and has been promised money to spend on new players.

Chelsea are on course to miss out on the Champions League after an indifferent season under former manager Jose Mourinho which improved slightly under dutch tactician Hiddink.

Mourinho was sacked despite winning the title in 2015 after returning to the club from an unsuccessful spell at Real Madrid.
