All sixteen teams have booked their places in the knockout phase of the 2016 European Football Championships currently taking place in France.
The hosts are through after gaining seven points in Group A and will play against Ireland on Sunday night in Lille. Prior to that, Germany will play Slovakia, whilst group winners Hungary battle Belgium in the third game of the day.
Switzerland face Poland this Saturday in the early afternoon kick-off, whilst Chris Coleman's Wales take on Northern Ireland at 5pm (UK time) in an all-British clash that same day. Surprise package Croatia meet Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal in the later kick-off.
Italy and England have a long rest ahead of their first knockout match as both play on Monday. The Italians play holders Spain in a mouth-watering affair, whilst England will face surprise packages Iceland for a place in the quarter-finals.
